舊路的預(yù)處治
Pre treatment of old roads
路的瀝青混合料路面,交通繁忙,運(yùn)營(yíng)多年,存在不同程度、不同種類的病害、病因,如果簡(jiǎn)單地將其遮蓋在水泥之下,用再生機(jī)處治,會(huì)影響到再生后的整體質(zhì)量;另外,這也使同樣的施工方法不能使所有路段都達(dá)到要求的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這就要求在設(shè)計(jì)和施工時(shí),根據(jù)各路段的不同特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的調(diào)查和方案調(diào)整。
The asphalt mixture pavement of the road is busy with traffic and has been in operation for many years. There are different degrees and types of diseases and causes. If it is simply covered under cement and treated with a recycling machine, it will affect the overall quality of the recycled material; Furthermore, this also prevents the same construction method from achieving the required quality standards for all road sections. This requires detailed investigation and scheme adjustment based on the different characteristics of each road section during design and construction.

Regenerative depth
再生后層面的厚度主要取決于再生深度。再生深度太淺,會(huì)使再生層的厚度小于設(shè)計(jì)要求的厚度,層厚是決定路面結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性的重要指標(biāo)。因此,必須隨機(jī)鉆孔取樣檢查。如果檢測(cè)值偏離設(shè)計(jì)值,應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整冷再生機(jī)深度,使其達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)深度要求。
The thickness of the regenerated layer mainly depends on the depth of regeneration. If the regeneration depth is too shallow, it will make the thickness of the regeneration layer less than the design requirement, and the layer thickness is an important indicator that determines the stability of the pavement structure. Therefore, it is necessary to randomly drill holes for sampling and inspection. If the detection value deviates from the design value, the depth of the cold regeneration machine should be adjusted in a timely manner to meet the design depth requirements.

為了保證全幅路面的再生施工,相鄰兩個(gè)再生幅面的搭接寬度設(shè)為20cm.對(duì)預(yù)先標(biāo)記在路面上的銑刨標(biāo)示線進(jìn)行檢查,所有后續(xù)再生幅面的寬度少應(yīng)比銑刨轂的寬度窄15cm.若偏差超過(guò)10cm,則應(yīng)立即倒退開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)偏差的地方,然后沿著正確的銑刨標(biāo)示線重新施工。施工中,應(yīng)盡量減少停機(jī)現(xiàn)象??v向接縫的位置應(yīng)盡量避開(kāi)行車道上車輛行駛的輪跡。
In order to ensure the regeneration construction of the entire road surface, the overlapping width of two adjacent regeneration surfaces is set to 20cm. The milling marking line pre marked on the road surface should be checked, and the width of all subsequent regeneration surfaces should be at least 15cm narrower than the width of the milling hub. If the deviation exceeds 10cm, it should be immediately reversed to the point where the deviation began, and then reconstructed along the correct milling marking line. During construction, downtime should be minimized as much as possible. The position of the longitudinal joint should try to avoid the wheel tracks of vehicles on the lane as much as possible.
路面標(biāo)高

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)冷再生層作為路面基層時(shí),路面標(biāo)高一般比舊路提高8~10cm,作為路面底基層時(shí),路面標(biāo)高一般比舊路提高23~28cm,由此引起的主要問(wèn)題有:與結(jié)構(gòu)物的銜接問(wèn)題;與舊路接頭的接順問(wèn)題;過(guò)村路段的排水問(wèn)題。
When the on-site cold recycled layer is used as the base layer of the road surface, the road surface elevation is generally 8-10cm higher than the old road. When it is used as the sub base layer of the road surface, the road surface elevation is generally 23-28cm higher than the old road. The main problems caused by this include: connection with the structure; Connection issues with old road joints; Drainage issues on the village road section.
壓實(shí)度
Compaction degree
施工過(guò)程中采用灌砂法測(cè)定壓實(shí)度,對(duì)沒(méi)有達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求的路段及時(shí)補(bǔ)壓,終達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。經(jīng)檢測(cè),壓實(shí)度均能達(dá)到98%以上,符合規(guī)范要求。
During the construction process, the sand filling method is used to measure the compaction degree. For sections that do not meet the design requirements, timely compaction is carried out to ultimately meet the design requirements. After testing, the compaction degree can reach over 98%, which meets the specification requirements.
彎沉檢測(cè)
Deflection detection
對(duì)冷再生基層進(jìn)行了彎沉檢測(cè),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果如下表。冷再生基層養(yǎng)生完成后,彎沉均值為27,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為6.38,說(shuō)明彎沉值符合高等級(jí)公路半剛性基層的要求。因此,實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果符合路面基層技術(shù)要求。
The deflection test was conducted on the cold recycled base layer, and the test results are shown in the table below. After the completion of cold regeneration base layer health preservation, the average deflection is 27, with a standard deviation of 6.38, indicating that the deflection value meets the requirements of semi-rigid base layer for high-grade highways. Therefore, the measured results meet the technical requirements of the pavement base layer.
