泡沫瀝青冷再生技術(shù)是對(duì)回收瀝青路面材料和水泥穩(wěn)定基層材料進(jìn)行再生利用。不僅能夠充分發(fā)揮舊瀝青混合料的“剩余價(jià)值”，促進(jìn)舊路面材料的循環(huán)利用，保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境，減少資源浪費(fèi)，同時(shí)，瀝青路面冷再生施工，也將半剛性路面結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)為半柔性結(jié)構(gòu)，延長(zhǎng)了道路瀝青的使用壽命。

目前主要采用膨脹率和半衰期2個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)瀝青發(fā)泡特性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。膨脹率是指瀝青發(fā)泡膨脹時(shí)達(dá)到的體積與泡沫完全消失時(shí)的體積之比，反映泡沫瀝青的粘度大小。半衰期是指泡沫瀝青從體積降到體積的一半需要的時(shí)間，瀝青路面冷再生機(jī)，以s計(jì)，反映泡沫瀝青的穩(wěn)定性。評(píng)價(jià)瀝青發(fā)泡效果時(shí)，膨脹率和半衰期是兩個(gè)密不可分的指標(biāo)，的發(fā)泡效果應(yīng)使兩個(gè)值均比較大，而不能單獨(dú)采用一個(gè)指標(biāo)來(lái)控制。建議發(fā)泡瀝青的膨脹率≥10倍，半衰期≥8 s

When evaluating the foaming effect of asphalt, the expansion rate and half-life are two inseparable indicators. The foaming effect should be such that both values are relatively large, and cannot be controlled by a single indicator. It is recommended that the expansion rate of foamed asphalt be ≥ 10 times and the half-life be ≥ 8 seconds
